Travel Planning and Research
Each client receives a personal experience with one-on-one consultation. From understanding your families needs to experiences that will help make your trip one for the books you will work together to make sure your expectations are met. You will receive assistance in planning your itineraries, booking experiences, and making sure your vacation is truly magical.
Travel Booking
When it's time to book, Jennifer handles the process to make sure all the "i's" are dotted and the "t's" are crossed. She confirms all of the details, communicates them with you, and stays vigilant for new promotions and discounts that save you money.

Service Descriptions
Pre-Quote Consultation
*Required for all new clients* This is a free scheduled phone consultation where we can “meet” and discuss your trip wishes and preferences. This is a chance to go over any questions or concerns, and to gather the information needed to pull the most accurate quote for your vacation. This is also the best time to determine if you’d like to hire me on as your agent to help you plan your vacation.
Vacation Quote
All clients will receive up to 3 quotes and/or 1 modification to the original quote sent. If any further quotes are requested past the original 3, an additional quote fee will be applied for each additional quote. All quotes will reflect options based off client vacation preferences and budget. If no client preferences are requested, then quote options will be based off agent recommendations. ANY and ALL options provided in the vacation quote are subject to availability and are not guaranteed prior to booking.
Hotel Booking
Travel Agent will assist in booking the client’s chosen hotel. Hotel bookings are subject to supplier availability and hotel choice is not guaranteed prior to booking.
Theme Park Ticket Booking
Travel Agent will assist in booking theme park tickets. This includes but is not limited to, Disney Water Parks, Universal’s Volcano Bay, Base Tickets, Hopper Tickets, Park to Park Tickets, and Express Passes. Theme park tickets are subject to availability and not guaranteed prior to booking. Currently, Walt Disney World Resort and Disneyland Resort require both a theme park ticket AND park pass reservation to enter each preferred theme park. Park Pass Reservations DO SELL OUT in advance, so purchasing your tickets and booking reservations in advance is highly recommended!
*Clients needing to purchase discounted military tickets or discounted tickets through work, will need to secure their own tickets, as I am not able to book discounted theme park tickets on a client’s behalf.
Special Event Ticket Booking
Travel Agent will assist in booking special event tickets. This includes but is not limited to, Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Halloween Horror Nights, Oogie Boogie Bash, H2O Glow Nights, etc. Special Event Tickets are subject to availability and do sell out fast, especially for popular dates. Advance purchase is highly recommended!
My Disney Experience Account/Disneyland Account/Disney Cruise Account Linking
Currently, Disney requires guests to set up a special account for their Disney vacation. Each Disney Destination has it’s own app and account that each client has to create. Travel Agent will provide instructions on how to set up this account if needed. Once the client has created their account, Travel Agent will assist in linking multiple accounts together (when traveling with larger groups), linking park tickets, special event tickets, and resort/cruise reservations to the account. If purchasing the Concierge Services Package, Travel Agent will use the access to this account to book dining, extra experiences, and more.
Q&A Phone Session
Client may schedule up to a 1 hour phone call with Travel Agent prior to travel. During this call, Travel Agent can assist in any travel questions, concerns, or go over any areas of need. This is especially useful for those needing assistance in better understanding Disney’s Genie+ Service or needing assistance in specific areas of travel planning.
Discount Monitoring
Travel Agent will monitor for any discounts that are dropped by the client’s vacation supplier. If the discount applies to the client’s vacation and the client’s booking is eligible, then the agent will apply the discount. Discount offers are subject to availability, restrictions, and block out dates. Discount offers and their applicability is not guaranteed.
Email Reminders of Important Planning Steps
Any and all important documents, information, and planning steps will be sent to clients via email. It is imperative that the client be communicative with Travel Agent and check all emails sent by their agent. Ignoring these emails can cost the client to miss important deadlines that could negatively impact their trip. The important planning step emails may include, but are not limited to, app set up, park itinerary planning, park pass reservations, dining, extra experiences, payment reminders, confirmations, and more.
Theme Park Itinerary Planning
Travel Agent will assist in planning a theme park itinerary based on client preferences, crowd level predictions, and park hours. This service helps clients maximize their time in the parks and/or avoid the most crowded park each day. Travel Agent will provide a proposed park itinerary via email with crowd level predictions and park hours included. *Crowd levels are not controllable and can be impacted by events and holidays*
Dining Reservations Booked
Travel Agent will assist in booking dining reservations for client’s vacation destination. This includes but is not limited to, theme parks, resorts, Downtown Disney (DLR), Disney Springs (WDW), CityWalk (UO), DCL adult only on board dining, etc. For clients whose services include dining, important deadlines for client dining requests will be required. If the dining request deadline is not met, then clients will be expected to book their own dining reservations. Travel Agent will provide client with dining recommendations as well as any required deadlines.
Personalized Digital Itinerary
Clients will be provided with a personalized digital itinerary prior to their vacation. The itinerary is created via Travefy, and a link is sent to the client via email. From there, the client will use the link to download the free Trip Plans app, making their itinerary easily accessible by phone during their entire stay. The itinerary is a valuable resource that includes not only important plans and confirmations, but also tips, tricks, recommendations, clickable links and more! It’s like having your travel agent with you! Any questions you may come across during your travels could be answered within this itinerary!
Detailed Packing List/Cruise Tip Sheet
Available under certain destinations and services, client will receive a detailed packing list. The packing list includes packing reminders, as well as some extra suggestions and tips that could help make the vacation even more magical! The packing list or tip sheet will vary by destination.
Magical Extras Booked
Travel Agent will assist in booking extra location experiences requested by client. This includes but is not limited to, VIP Tours, Specialty Theme Park Tours & Experiences, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Capture the Moment Photo Sessions, etc. *Magical Extras are subject to availability, deadlines, and are not guaranteed prior to booking*
Destination Airport Transportation Booking
Travel Agent will assist in booking transportation to/from the airport at client’s final destination. Travel Agent and client will discuss the best options and/or preferences prior to booking.
Rush Booking Fee
This fee will be applied to clients wishing to travel within the next 60 days. This is due to Travel Agent needing to condense a typical advanced planning timeline down into two months. Since these destinations require a lot of advanced planning, this fee is applied to account for the quick turn around time required of the Travel Agent.
Additional Quote(s)
This fee will be applied for clients need more than the initial three quotes provided by the Travel Agent. This fee is applied to account for the extra research and time needed to draft each additional quote.
Booking of Disney Affiliated Transportation
Travel Agent will assist in booking the Disney Cruise Line shuttle for guests needing transport to/from the Port and Airport AND to/from the Port and Walt Disney World Resort Hotel. Travel Agent will provide more information and pricing on this service if needed by client.

Port Excursions Booked
Travel Agent will assist in booking requested Port Excursions for Disney Cruise Line clients. Port Excursion bookings are limited to the excursions available through Disney Cruise Line and the client’s ports of call. Port Excursions are subject to availability and advanced booking is recommended.

On Board Activities Booked
Travel Agent will assist in booking any on board activities for the client. This may include but is not limited to, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Adult Only Dining, Character Experiences, Photo Packages, etc. On board activities are subject to availability and advanced booking is highly recommended.
